Since 1991 he has managed and implemented a series of development and reconstruction projects in several countries in Central & East Europe financed, directly or indirectly, by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the World Bank, the European Investment Bank and the European Union PHARE Programme.
Since 1988 he has undertaken in-depth research and development of the theory of Organisational Ecology. The theory, including its pragmatic and practical nature, lays down premises for a theory of change and resistance to change in the areas of management and organisation. The theory is contributing to the general efforts to solve global environmental problems. He has co-authored and contributed to several books and articles on this subject.
