Mr Christensen has worked extensively with Policy & Strategy development for governments and corporations. He has experience across various sectors in Central & East Europe including the Middle East and the Americas.

Strategy Development and Implementation

Through his extensive experience with strategy development in general and knowledge of emerging markets in particular, Mr Christensen is fully qualified to assist in developing and implementing vital commercial aspects of the strategy related to the relevant region.

Mergers & Acquisitions

Since 1991, his work has been related to the reconstruction and development of the Central & East Europe working together with the European Bank, the World Bank, the European Investment Bank and other major institutions and corporations. This has resulted in access to high level governmental, agency and commercial contacts becoming well established.

Mr Christensen is assisting major corporations in acquiring equity holdings, entering into Joint Ventures and establishing other forms of Strategic Alliances. He is co-operating with reputable international law firms and corporate finance units as required.

Through his network he has access to most countries in the Americas, Central & East Europe including the Middle East.

Contribute to Secure Invested Capital

When major capital is invested in an operation, it is necessary to initiate certain actions of local organisational nature aimed to improve the operation as a contribution to secure return on the invested capital. This is a requirement in many cases and even in some cases defined as a major condition in the contractual relationship between the foreign and the local partner.
